What we do:

Tardiss provides quality services to support individuals with community activities and supported independent living.

As a Lifestyle Support Worker, you are required to assist participants with community access and leisure activities, you may also be required to provide support with self-care and domestic tasks in the home.

What we are looking for:

  • Individuals with exceptional people skills to support people to live independently in their community

  • Ability to work flexible working arrangements with the aim to develop a healthy work-life balance

  • Individuals with motivation and willingness to undertake personal and professional development opportunities

What you need:

  • A strong desire to have a positive effect (make a difference)

  • A commitment to supporting and promoting human rights

  • A commitment to person centred practice

  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Current driver’s licence with own transport

  • Blue card/Yellow card (or willingness to obtain these)

  • Current national police check (less than 3 months old)

  • First Aid Certificate

  • Evidence of the right to work in Australia
